What we record here
Milepostvivo has been a compact studio at Helmersstraat 73 in Oud-West since 2019. We work with singers, bands, podcasters and producers who prefer one address for tracking and finishing instead of hopping between rooms.
Every enquiry starts with a short conversation: the deliverable, your references, the time you have. Then you get a quote with date, hours and price incl. VAT. The slot is firm only after you accept and pay the 30% deposit.

Built for playing together
The 46 m² live floor looks into the control room and has a drum booth behind glass. Vocals go in one of 2 booths; mix and master happen in separate treated rooms so decisions do not shift when you open a door.
Our team of three engineers covers tracking, mix and master. Whoever writes your quote usually runs the session too. More about the building and access on about us.

Tram 1 and 7: get off at Overtoom (towards the city centre), then walk about six minutes via Helmersstraat. Metro 51 or 53: De Vlugtlaan stop, then tram 1 towards Leidseplein. On-street bicycle parking; load gear through the rear roll-up entrance by appointment.

How fast do you reply to an enquiry?
We aim to respond within 2 working days with a proposed date and price. Rush slots are sometimes possible depending on the calendar — call 020 244 8619 if you need to record within a few days.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes, 30% of the quoted amount incl. VAT confirms the slot. The balance is due before the end of the session or before delivery of final files, as stated on the quote.
Can I reschedule or cancel for free?
What format do you deliver?
24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default, or your project sample rate. Download link or upload to your cloud; see also stems for mixing.
How long do you keep sessions?
24 months after the last session, then we delete the project folder. Back up anything you want to keep yourself.
