This disclaimer applies to use of milepostvivo.digital, operated by Milepostvivo B.V., Helmersstraat 73, 1054 CV Amsterdam. By using the site you accept these limits alongside our legal notice, terms and conditions and privacy policy.
2. No contract from browsing alone
Prices, service descriptions and examples on the site are for orientation. Dates, engineers and specific microphones may change. A binding agreement only starts after written quote acceptance and receipt of the deposit as in article 3 and article 5 of the terms. Obvious errors or outdated amounts on the site do not bind us once we notify you in writing.
3. Guides and FAQ
Articles in our guides hub — such as stems for mixing, LUFS and mastering or vocal prep — describe common workflows in our studio. They do not guarantee every DAW, plugin or home export will work without issues. Loudness and format figures are guidelines; platforms and labels may impose their own rules. Use FAQ or contact for questions about your setup.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical or insurance advice. For copyright, neighbouring rights, sample clearance or label contracts you should consult your own adviser. We can explain general studio practice but do not decide on your behalf.
5. Technical and artistic outcomes
Recording, mix and master quality depends on performance, arrangement, home acoustics, source files, chosen references and time budget. Two similar genres can still sound different. We deliver craft within the agreed scope in your quote, not a clone of an existing hit or another artist. Revisions: article 12; liability: article 13.
6. External links and maps
The site may link to external services such as maps or public transport information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Opening external pages is at your own risk.
7. Site availability
